I have been teaching within the Health, Pilates, and Movement industry for over 20 years to clients of a wide variety of ages, conditions, and goals. I am known for delivering thoughtful and creative sessions & programs in a client focused manner to get real results that each client truly needs. I built Kelley Cady Studio from the ground up in 2017 and never looked back.  


I use to be obsessive with healthy eating, exericse, and my body image which lead to an eating disorder and debilitating back injury. 


Now I eat whatever I want, but I don't label my eating habit, and you don't have to either. 


The Pilates Method of Movement and Intuitive Process For Eating transformed my mind, body + soul, and where the best decisions of my life.


When I'm not practicing Pilates, or eating my favorite food, you will find me outside, in nature, going on adventures we were born to do. 


My college degree is in Movement Science, Sports & Leisure Studies, with a minor in Health and Fitness. So I pretty much live and breath the desire to help other people live better in their bodies, and making healthy living as enjoyable as possible as a a close second.

As a personal trainer and fitness instructor,  I found myself teaching classes and training clients as well doubling up on my own workouts, meal prepping "clean foods" multiply times a week, eating by strict rules, and barely keeping a social life alive. My career was flying high but I felt like complete crap. At 30 I felt 50 years older than I was with no idea I could live differently. So,  after a back injury, lose of a loved one, and a cross country move, I decided there no better time to do something about my burn-out. I committed myself to learning how to cultivate a healthy relationship with food, self, and my body - for good.  

Not surprisingly, I feel better now at 40 than I did at 30.  I can now honestly say say I love to eat, I love natural, intuitive movement, and feel dramatically better. Continuously friends, family, and curious soon-be-clients would ask me how to sustainable eat better, have less chronic pain, and wanted to feel more confident in their bodies. So I did something that I've always dreamt about — I turned what I knows works long-term and my passions for living a more filling life, into a growing in-person, online, & mobile studio and never looked back.


Before I founded Kelley Cady Studio, before I ran my own studio, and before I connected with truly helps me live better in my body, I was misguided in the wellness culture building someone else's definition of health. Riddled with self-doubt and the misguided belief that I had to be perfect, I didn't know that eating intuitively, or pain-free, joyful movement through Pilates was even a thing. 



My life’s mission is to help other people create vibrant health, find a sustainable way to care for their body and lives that they truly love through Pilates & Intuitive Eating sessions, programs, on-demand courses, the KCS blog and my newsletter.

We are born natural intuitive eaters. Babies cry, they eat, they stop until they’re hungry again. Kids innately balance out their food intake, eating when they’re hungry and stopping once they feel full. As we grow older and rules and restrictions are set around food, we lose our inner intuitive eater. We learn to finish everything on our plate. We learn that dessert is a reward, or can be taken away if we misbehave.

Intuitive eating is a non-diet approach to wellness that helps you break the cycle of dieting, heal your relationship with food, and get back in touch with the intuitive eater inside of you. Intuitive eating is not a diet. It’s a way to learn to eat outside of the diet mentality, with a focus on using your own internal hunger, fullness, and satisfaction cues to guide eating choices. But it’s much more than just the ‘hunger-fullness diet’ – we will explore your food beliefs, behaviors, and self-talk while delving deep into what food means to youIf you are exhausted and ready to ditch diets, stricked meal plans, counting calories, carbs, points, or macros, it's for you.  

I’ve tried so many diets. Will this work for me?

Great news: is not a diet! Not only do diets not work – you’re either “on” them or “off” them, right? – they’re the root of many of your problems. 90 to 95 percent of diets fail, yet you blame yourself, not the diet. In reality, it’s the process of dieting that is the problem. Dieting increases your risk of gaining even more weight than you lost.

Intuitive eating is different. 

Will I lose weight?

While many of our clients are not happy in their bodies and would like to lose weight, this is not the focus or goal of our sessions. Weight loss must be put on the back burner as you go through the Intuitive Eating process. If you are focused on losing weight, you’ll undermine the Intuitive Eating process. We will certainly talk about your desire to change your weight, and your feelings about your body, but you will not be weighing in and we will not be using weight as an indicator of success or progress.

Some people naturally lose weight during this process, and others don’t. If you have been eating for emotional reasons or not paying attention to your intuitive signals, or if you’ve gone through a lifestyle change that caused unnatural weight gain, it’s likely that you’re not at your natural healthy weight right now. As you go through the intuitive eating process and heal your body from the diet mentality, your weight will stabilize at the place it is meant to be.
