Despite being a personal fitness trainer for the first 10 years of my career, and knowing A LOT about health, fitness, & nutrition, it seemed like the more I knew, the more out of control around food and exercise I felt – and the further I found myself from being a picture of health.
It didn’t take long to connect the dots that my obsession with being healthy was unhealthy, and many times was a similar feeling I heard from my clients. Body confusion and militant devotion even prompted over-exercising injuries, disorder eating, and a disconnect from true health that forced me to take a break from training and reevaluate.
I had to find a way to reconcile my love of movement & healthy eating with my disinterest in participating in toxic wellness, and KC (Kelley Cady) Pilates & Intuitive Eating was born.
Some call me a healthy living expert and alignment nerd, but either way, my main focus when we work together is helping you find what works for YOU, teach you how to integrate your practice into your everyday life, so you can live better in your body at any age...
