My approach to health is rooted in the principles of Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size™. I believe whatever you’re struggling with, whether it be a medical diagnosis, physical injury, or mental illness, it’s not your fault. You'll never be asked to step on a scale, or be judged for your size, eating habits, or exercise behaviors. There's no need to have a "last supper" before you start coaching with me. And you'll never be shamed for eating imperfectly or not exercising "enough" (because hey, there is such thing as perfect).
