I started taking Pilates sessions with Kelley because I needed to understand how best to work my body so that it could support itself properly and also to commit to a routine to hold myself accountable to making that time for myself.
Kelley is a fountain of knowledge and takes time to explain things. She is gentle in her coaching methods, and focus on the positive. She listens to hear, and offer easy solutions and always began with foundational steps and built on them.
My ribs are no longer flare and I have a greater understanding of how to carry myself on a daily basis. I always check in with my body to see how I am aligned, where do I need to be pushing, or letting go? I have a much more intense awareness of my body.
