Yes - this course breaks down and expands on many of the foundational principles of intuitive eating, including rejecting the diet mentality, honoring your hunger, making peace with food, finding pleasure and satisfaction, understanding fullness, coping with emotions, and respecting your body.
AND - it goes beyond those principles and teaches you how to integrate important tools like mindfulness and self-compassion, both of which are important concepts to help you fully conceptualize and embody the intuitive eating work.
