Teaching within the health and fitness industry for over 20 years to clients of a wide variety of ages, conditions, backgrounds, and goals, I'm known for delivering nurturing and effective sessions & programs in a client focused manner to get real results each client truly needs. Seeing people prioritize their health and fitness lights me up, and it’s my life’s mission to help help you move more and better, correct imbalances, and ditch the diet mentality- no matter where you're starting - so you can improve your well-being and live better in your body at any age. Kelley Cady, NCPT, BS, CIEC, CHWC is a Comprehensively Certified Polestar® Pilates Teacher, Human Movement Specialist, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and Personal Trainer. Kelley has taken her conventional Movement Science degree and combined it with years of experience and expertise in human movement and non-diet health coaching to found Kelley Cady Pilates & Intuitive Eating. Kelley's private practice is rooted in Keene, NH, offering in-person, virtual, and mobile services.

As a personal trainer and fitness instructor, I found myself teaching classes and training clients as well doubling up on my own workouts, meal prepping "clean foods" multiply times a week, eating by strict rules, and barely keeping a social life alive. My career was flying high but I felt like complete crap. At 30 I felt 50 years older than I was with no idea I could live differently. So, after a back injury, lose of a loved one, and a cross country move, I decided there no better time to do something about my burn-out. I committed myself to learning how to cultivate a healthy relationship with food, self, and my body - for good.
Not surprisingly, I feel better now at 40 than I did at 30. I can now honestly say say I love to eat, I love natural, intuitive movement, and feel dramatically better. Continuously friends, family, and curious soon-be-clients would ask me how to sustainable eat better, have less chronic pain, and wanted to feel more confident in their bodies. So I did something that I've always dreamt about — I turned what I knows works long-term and my passions for living a more filling life, into a growing in-person, online, & mobile studio and never looked back.
